Tap

This class is a great workout for body and mind, focusing on improving rhythm and co-ordination whilst building fitness levels in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
Tap combines high intensity movements with intricate footwork. Master the basics or give yourself a quick refresher course in shuffles, beats, taps, digs, cramp rolls and timesteps.

Ballet

Our adult ballet classes are suitable for all ages and abilities; whether you took ballet as a child or you are a complete beginner, we structure our classes for everyone. Ballet is a great way to improve posture, strength, flexibility and co-ordination. From pliés to pirouettes to grande jetés - you will get a full body workout as well as learning ballet technique and vocabulary.

Pointe

We also offer adult pointe classes, which complement our adult ballet classes in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. This is a great way to develop strength in the legs, ankles and feet. From rises at the barre to posés and relevés in the centre, you will be sure to find muscles you never knew you had! You will also receive expert advice and assistance from our teachers with buying your pointe shoes.

West End Dance Fitness

Come and join us for a high-energy workout to all your favourite songs from the musicals! From quick, fast paced routines to slower lyrical dances, we promise to get your feet moving and heart-rate pumping! Each class will consist of a warm up, a musical theatre routine, finishing up with a calming cool-down.

 

Jazz

Get moving with our Jazz class exploring different styles of jazz dance incorporating travelling steps and strengthening exercises. Finish off with a well deserved stretch!

Barre Fit

Barre Fit is a full body ballet barre workout fused with the strength, flexibility and mobility of Pilates. A high energy class targeting the smaller muscle groups with correct technique and alignment. A great class to improve posture, challenge balance and co-ordination.

I attend Pilates once a week with Emily. She is very welcoming and varies the structure of the class each week and also manages to direct and demonstrate each exercise effortlessly. My core strength and especially my lower back has improved considerably since attending Pilates. I would highly recommend!
