Pilates can help improve posture, muscle tone and flexibility, core strength and joint mobility, as well as relieve stress and tension. It is suitable for all ages and its never too late to start! Pilates is suitable for people of all levels of fitness and is a more gentle way of raising your activity levels, especially if you have poor mobility, aches and pains or an injury.
This is a pay-as-you-go class open to everyone - come along and try it out for yourself.
Please bring a mat and a bottle of water!
